11 July to 4 Sept: 380 GBP per week
5 Sept to 18 Dec: 260 GPB per week

19 Dec to 8 Jan: 360 GPB per week
8 Jan to 10 May: 240 per week
50 pound per week discount for bookings booked for 14 days or more
50 pound deposit required at time of booking

Terms and Conditions
The holiday maker will be responsible for all
damage or loss which occurs during occupation, they will also be expected to leave the property in the same state of repair,
condition and cleanliness as when they arrived. The owner reserves the right to charge for any damage that may occur.
Should the
holidaymaker abuse the property and/or display rude of offensive behaviour the owner reserves the right to terminate the booking
forthwith without compensation.
The property must be used only by the number of adults and children as stated on your reservation form.
No smoking is allowed inside the flat.
The flat may not be available before 4pm on the day of arrival,
and is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. There is every likelihood the flat will be ready before 4pm.
You can, if you wish, ring us in advance to see if we can estimate a time when your accommodation will be ready.
Unless prior notice is given of late arrival, we reserve the right
to re-let your accommodation if not occupied before 6 pm on the date of arrival.
